Are we ready for a revolution..?

How many people could have participated in indian independence struggle…? Around 10% of our population or max 20%. Why not 100% of our people not became a part of our freedom struggle… if I am right we could got independence atleast 40-50 years earlier.

What about emergency in June 25, 1975…? The same story continues… When Indira Gandhi was found guilty of violating electoral laws by the Allahabad High Court, Jayaprakash Narayan called for Indira to resign, and advocated a program of social transformation which he termed Total Revolution. Instead she proclaimed a national Emergency on the midnight of June 25, 1975, immediately after Narayan had called for the PM's resignation and had asked the military and the police to disregard unconstitutional and immoral orders; JP, opposition leaders, and dissenting members of her own party were arrested on that day.

How many people could have participated out of 61 Cr Indians? Around 1% or Max 10%. If the entire country would have participated 207 days of would have ended with in a week.

Present…?

Today’s population of India is 118 Cr again hardly 1% is fighting for Janlokpal. Anna Hajare aged around 75 fighting for us and is not fighting for himself. He is not married, no Kids. And his team members, it might be Arvind Kejriwal, Prashant Bhushan or Kiran Bedi… everyone fighting for a cause that is meant to 120 Cr peoples of this country.

I don’t have a false hope that by the Janlokpal bill entire corruption will washed away overnight. But at least it gives a hope of reducing the corruption majorly at the Minister Level. It will be as said by Armstrong "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind."
Let’s support Janlokpal.
